FAQ Shipping

How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 5-7 business days for orders to be processed for shipping. Please keep in mind that Triquetramoon's operation is done by one person, this includes shipping and making the items sold. Depending on how many orders we have it can take a few days to get through them. If there is a delay in shipping for whatever reason, we will email you with that information. Shipping at the moment will be done as soon as possible, in the future this section may be updated with a more accurate shipping schedule.

What do I do if my package is missing/damaged/stolen?

In the event that your order does not arrive in a timely manner, is stolen, or arrived damaged please send us an email as soon as possible with your order number. If the item is damaged please also include a picture of the damaged item in your email. Please allow a few business days for us to get back to your email. We will do our best to assist you, and work towards a satisfactory solution.

This could potentially include an exchange, a store credit, discount on your next purchase, or other possible solutions. *However this is not guaranteed, it all depends on what the situation is you are facing, and how Triquetramoon decides is best to proceed.*

Please note that we cannot refund your purchase for packages that do not arrive, are stolen, or are damaged. You will need to open a claim with the shipping company that was used for your package. We can try to assist you in that process, but it will be at the discretion of whichever shipping company's policies they have.

Please keep in mind that once your package is out of our hands we no longer have control over what happens to it, which is why a claim with the shipping companies is the best way to deal with these situations.

Where do you ship?

Triquetramoon ships to anywhere in the United States.

 

Triquetramoon also is willing to try to ship almost anywhere else, however please be aware that we are not a big box company, shipping will be expensive to addresses outside of the United States. We sadly do not determine shipping costs, the calculated prices for your order are based off of the most recent costs given from the shipping companies.

If you live outside of the United States please allow multiple weeks, even possibly multiple months for your package to arrive. Customs sometimes can take a long time to get through. Understand that once a package is out of our hands we no longer have control over what happens to it. Please understand that we cannot issue a refund for missing, stolen, or damaged items.

Unfortunately packages get misplaced in the shipping process by shipping companies, and this can be more common when shipping out of the country a company is based in. As stated previously we do not have control over these situations, please contact the shipping company and open a claim with them.

 

You as the customer please understand that there is a potential for your package to be lost in the mail and it is not of the fault of Triquetramoon. We will do everything we can to help you if this is the case, but be aware that sadly the risk is higher if you are out of the United States.

If for some reason we find out after you have made an order that we cannot ship to your country we will cancel your order and your money will be refunded back to you as soon as possible. Keep in mind that refunds will have a varying time of when you may receive your money back based on how long it takes the banks to approve transactions, which we have no control over.

Customs/import or sales taxes

If your delivery address for your order is outside of the United States you may be asked for an additional payment to receive your order.

We hate that these fees exist as much as you do, however they are controlled by your government, and we have no say over if your package gets an added fee on it or not. At this time we also are not allowed to collect or pay them on your behalf.

​

It is not a guarantee that it will happen, and unfortunately because every country has different rules and they change all the time we cannot give you an answer if a package will have a fee that you have to pay in order to get your package, or if it wont.

If your package does have a fee on it please do not refuse your order - we will not be able to refund the cost of shipping it back to us, or the original cost, we are so sorry about this!

Hopefully sometime in the future things will change and this wont be how it is, but this is across all companies that ship things out of their country and everyone has to deal with it at this time unfortunately.
